Very nice. Like Forgotten Boardwalk's Conductor, except Dogfish-style. Though we liked the Conductor better.

Fantastic aged unfiltered sour. Strong wine aroma & body.. A slow sipping tart & crisp beer meant to be enjoyed. Perfect balance. Merry Christmas happy holidays untappd scum

Wouldn't have known this was a Dogfish. Probably would have paired well with a Camembert.

Really nice geuze/lambic with a bit triple like tones in the body. Sour and funk, not sure what's missing but some bits for perfection is not there.
