Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Uli
Incredible. Trying to routinely treat myself. So complex. Develops a LOT. Rich fruity notes are met with deep brown caramel. Sorta like prunes or raisins. Familiar. Reminds me of Celebrator (but x10).

Given the style, such a great name! And a great beer?! Never had this much nuance with Black IPA, a style that I usually like anyways. Like blueberries and currant?! Bitterness smoothly rolls on in waves. Honestly spicy? Ends in chocolate.

It is increasingly interesting to have a classic American IPA. It has one of those mystery hops I'm not wild about (I doubt very seriously its skunked from Wegman's...). But even so, it's still pretty good. A rich, classic AIPA

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Uli
Finally finding a reason(?) To crack this open. Just had a great night. Woah... nose of big booze and metal. On the front end, so smooth and sweet, but of course nowhere near overbearing. Caramelly is an understatement. Not topically boozy. Amazing.

Really enjoyed this one. Big hop aroma and a big, piney bite that surprisingly goes great with the roast of malt and coffee. Bitter? Oh yeah. But smooooth... Reminded me of Sierra Nevada

I am trying to make up my mind about it. Interesting flavor at the top, but not necessarily great. I guess its overly mapley. but ultimately a good beer. If it weren't for that strong maple thing it would be a GREAT beer
