Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA

Surprised the Utopious barrel makes a significant impact. Richer and even more complex than the original 120. This has a year of age on it, which is nice. The alcohol is very well integrated. It tastes big but not 17%.

Monk's Brew

A very nice example of a Belgian style dubel. Prune, plum, grape lead a medium spicy phenol and some late arriving cocoa. Drinks well as it warms and evoles. Long cocoa and spice finish with a delicate sweetness.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2020)

Deep and beautiful! Tons of fruit but the funk still punches through.

Ghost Vision Lager

Very nice Pilsner.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS)

Just fucking Yum with a steak! Coffee, coconut, brown butter cookie, cocoa, salted caramel but not overly sweet. Deep and complext with roast and perfect hop bittering. One of my favorite beers!

Punkin Ale (2020)

Cinnamon leads with nutmeg and vanilla close behind. Almost more Xmas spiced. A ton of pumpkin flavor in the malt profile as well. Super well balanced and not too sweet. This might be my wife's favorite pumpkin beer.
