Enjoying this for the second time in two days, Unexpected visit from a fellow beer geek who brought a can to share, somehow tastes better knowing I didn’t pay for it 😂

Beer 5043: Fek this is good - malty and rich, very expensive but I’m very happy to have got hold of one to try £17.00

Beer 5038: Wanted to try this for ages, can’t work out how a notoriously hoppy beer tastes so malty to me? Good hit of pine, reasonably sweet, earthy and pleasant enough but not what I expected for the money and hype #beerwanker

Beer 4985: Thick and Boozy, Liquorice and Molasses, some hop bitterness but hidden under the coffee flavours, this is delicious £8.10

Beer Geek Flat White Kieni Coffee Guy
Beer 4140: MBM ‘20: Completed a 10km walk around Yorkshire earlier this morning and I needed a coffee, this is a bit earthy but has sweet berry tones on a creamy coffee and slightly chocolate base, wonderful at 10:30 in 27c Sunshine 😎 #stoutsundays

Beer 3966: MBM ‘20: Most of this ended up on the floor after I removed the cap, explosive !!! Lovely tastes of wood barrels, citrus and sweet grapes, really nice beer but a really bad bottle design - would have been better corked

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA Guy
Beer 2871: A bit fruity, some pepper in there, on the good side of crushable but a little understated for an Anniversary beer, nice though £6.80

Beer 2690: Lockdown 3 Day 73: MBM Jan ‘20: Kept this for a year for an experiment (I really forgot I had it!) this is a full on, full bodied, bitter, dark chocolate, boozy Russian Imperial Stout. Just how it should taste, not over complicated, spot on

Beer 2540: Lockdown 3 Day 18: MBM Jun ‘20: Comparing the four Pilsners: Honestly cannot tell this one apart from the Danish version, if there is anything, a slight salty acidity on the back. Now need to slow down so I can watch the Green Bay game

Beer 2539: Lockdown 3 Day 18: MBM Jun ‘20: Comparing the four Pilsners: No aroma here either, this has a more subtle sweetness and a little more malt character

Water Series Burton On Trent Guy
Beer 2537: Lockdown 3 Day 18: MBM May ‘20: Comparing the four Pilsners: This has an initial citrus aroma that went pretty quickly, nice and crisp

Beer 2536: Lockdown 3 Day 17: MBM Jun ‘20: This was quite lively for a canned beer, nicely balanced lager with a HUGE carbon footprint from such a woke brewery (!) This would make Greta cry so I’m enjoying it a little more (gun is fake - FYI)
