Implosion Lager Carthy

Super clean, a little sweet but not cloying like some NA lagers.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Carthy

A little vineous character coming through, glad it has a good amount of residual sweetness, definitely one to pucker up for

Drogone Lambic (2022) Carthy

Definitely a lacto-driven beer, a little acetic acid in there and after about 2/3rds of the bottle you start to taste the Brett, the grape must adds a lot of brightness to the character of the beer, very enjoyable bottle

Rosé de Gambrinus Carthy

Much lighter aroma than the classic, the raspberries compliment and add to the lacto-tartness beautifully.

Iris (2021) Carthy

Darker and a little more tart than the classic Cantillon, but when down an absolute treat.

Nath (2021) Carthy

Beings me back a bit to when my grandmother would give me rhubarb dipped in sugar. More tart than traditional Cantillion and give the outward appearance of some acetic tartness, but it's in the background with the rhubarb. Fabulous beer.

Side Eyes Carthy

A good example of the style, full body, caramel malt balanced well with a mango/lichee hop aroma
