Devil Dancer (2014) W.

Its a barleywine, now, but it's a tasty barleywine. Aged into a very good barleywine. I'm grading it as that. I don't think anyone who aged it this long would be expecting a big hoppy triple ipa.

Beer To Drink Music To W.

The nose is very complex but the flavor falls a bit flat. A bit funky, dry, sweetness to be desired, and a bit watery. Probably more a 3.5 or 3.75 but I'm going to leave the 4.25

BiƩre De Provence (2016) W.

Sooooo good. The flavor, fruit, and funk really did well with the years. Very harmonious. Also, I don't know the last time I drank a saison, or beer this delicate.

Beer Geek Breakfast (2016) W.

Incredible. So nostalgic. A reminder of what an incredible stout from that era was. Held up very well. A ton of flavor in a 7.5% stout. Thanks Bradley, kept it for a while lol.

Breakfast Stout (2016) W.

Wow, this held up surprisingly well. A slight green pepper coffee, but I'm not going to knock it for that, being this aged. Thick, chocolatey. Very nice, very pleased, very surprised.
