A very full flavor journey. Sweetness up front, and tartness, then in the back end, it gets into more grapey territory straight off the bone.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2019-2020) H
Had to come back once more before we left Belgium. This is a very dry, winelike bottle. Some acidity, some grapelike notes for sure. Another tasty lambic!

2-Year Unblended Oude Lambiek H
Cool menu. Nice lambic, though it's not a Cantillon it's still tasty. Like a mildly tart dry white wine.

Another rhubarb lambic, apparently. Very tasty, very tart. Almost a (very) sour green apple note at the end, lovely.

Very interesting combo of the lambic flavors with a nice very dry white grape note from the hallertau hops!

'21-22 vintage according to the cork. Got one to share with a couple other tables. Nice and tart, delicious!

Part of the tour tastings. Good lord this is an incredible brew. The nose is complex, the tasting notes are a journey. The ambiance at the bar is lovely, too.

Almost metallic RIGHT at the beginning, but it goes away quickly and resolves into raspberry and...vanilla, I think. Nice one!

Didn't remember whether or not I'd had it before and didn't check Untappd for once. Lesson learned. Good thing I like it!
