Dark chocolate aroma w/slight caramel, dark malt, earthy & floral notes. Hints of esters & alcohol. Assertive dark chocolate & coffee flavors w/dark stone fruit & dark malt notes. Bitterness from both hops & dark malt. Heavy dark malt astringency 👅

Fou' Foune

Beautiful, delicate aroma of fresh, ripe apricots w/hints of parmesan & light lactic tart aromas. Gentle lactic tart flavor followed quickly by fresh apricot skin & flesh. Apricot notes become more evident in mid-palate. Light lactic finish. BEAUTIFUL! 🥰

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Rich chocolatey aroma (like a chocolate layer cake) w/hints of coffee. Intense layers of chocolate flavor up front transitioning into notes of coffee & booze. Light bourbon notes in mid-palate. Pick a flavor & go over-the-top seems to be Founders thing 🤦

Big Lushious

Smells like those chocolate-covered raspberry jelly ring confections. Strong raspberry flavor up front w/ a lighter chocolate backbone. Dark chocolate lingers. Raspberry is a bit artificial & way too strong. Interesting concept taken too far 🤷

Unraveled IPA

Nice aromas of passion fruit & honeydew melon. But WTF! The flavor has a pyrazine note that I just can't get past. Where is that coming from? 🤷🤦🤦‍♂️ Oh well, maybe it's YH's fault. I did it for the badge

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Weisse Pineapple

Tart & acidic lactic aromas w/slight hint of funk. Don't smell any pineapple. Flavor has the level of acidity that this series is know for w/the lemony zip. 🍍 is only present in the finish. Pineapple makes its appearance only after you swallow & exhale

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Weisse Watermelon

Slight watermelon flesh & rind aroma w/hint of lactic tartness. Watermelon flavor is very light w/ a slight lemony zip in the finish. Goldilocks level of tartness. Very refreshing. Great lace.
