French Toast Bastard Jee

this smells like when you’ve had some meat or something in the fridge too long and other stuff starts to smell like it. the vanilla/cinnamon/maple on the palate is accompanied by a bitter finish. maybe we have to wait on this one.

Bottle Shop Series Mango Magnifico Jee

enjoyed this a bunch — the habanero shows up subtly on the finish, but i simply like the big caramel intake.

Belgian Twist Jee

VERY light for 10%. the agave comes through on the nose. executed well.

Bottle Shop Nemesis Release 01 Jee

big caramel malt on the front end, sweet hoppy bitterness on the back end. eating cheese with the next one of these.
