Definitely a toasty porter and it does have some bitter chocolate notes to it as well. Didn't hold up fantastically though.

Slightly old hop, 100% a hoppy Barleywine now. Good amount of ethenol, huge Barleywine malt.

Boon/Mikkeller funk nose, fairly good cherry, but generally a bit mild.

Probably the best thing on tap right now. Not too tart, but could have more fruit on it.

Kind of an off lactic nose, tastes like an old sour gummi. A bit of a bitterness on the end too. Not very good at all.

Candy Cap Stout Huss

The candy cap wasn't left in long enough, so it has an odd fungal note. Some weird sweetness from the different syrups makes it pretty muddied.

Tart European oak & lacto nose; medium-light body; pleasantly tart, lacto, some black pepper, oak, definitely a bit of pedio, stonefruit, some funk, no hay, dry finish.

Deep cherry nose w/ a surprising lack of cinnamon; medium body; cherry skin, tart, funk, red fruits, plums, good amount of tannin. Slightly dry, lingering cherry, plum, funk & tannin.

Raspberry & Flemish yeast nose, medium, creamy body; raspberry, blueberry, slightly tart, Flemish/Flanders Red yeast notes. Lingering raspberry. The head looks odd and speckled like there are clumps of foam.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) Huss

Light wheat, lots of coriander, light hop nose; medium body; tons of coriander good amount of wheat, some hop notes. It's a Belgian Witt toned down a bit w/ more hops, but not very American. Better than Blue Moon though.
