On stout day I choose you. Bottling date 10/8/19. Still thick with notes of chocolate and maple. The hard boozy edge that was still there last year is mellowing and adding a vanilla and woody note. Joe since I retired old deliver your 4pk. Spare bed?

There is the boozy chocolate maple I have enjoyed for years. This beer is so good if you like high gravity stouts It was bottled on 10/8/19 and 3 years and 3 months later it's still great. Still holding onto another 4 bottles for myself and 2 for Joe A😁

Very barley wine-esque. Not as malty as my last bottle. Perhaps slightly oxidized? Not what I was expecting. Bottle date 10-8-19. Only 2 bottles left now. Think I will drink these up over Thanksgiving when my beer loving friends are in town.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Phelps

Good malt balance hops all around. Not my favorite double IPA but it's a good choice if your in a hurry.

Frootwood Phelps

Boozy on the nose and lightly on the front end of a sip. A subtle cherry aroma and taste throughout. Its very much like a light cherry sparkling wine with a warming booze aftertaste. I'm certain you will enjoy this more if you don't treat it like a beer.

Bottled on 10/08/19 code 147-6. The boozy edge is smoothing out and the maple and chocolate are blending nicely with the coffee. Just got 2 cases of this so won't run out anytime soon.

KBS Espresso (2020) Phelps

Very expressive chocolate and coffee notes.

Mosaic Promise Phelps

Mmmm not sure if founders meant for this to be a session style brew. Tasty single hop ale.
