Such good chocolate flavor. Maple is a bit less forward than I remember from last year. Barrel is ok. Smooth.

Tart raspberry. Some funkiness.

Tart, funky cherry.

Bourbon forward. Marzen flavors are masked. Getting a little bit of malt. Smooth. Really unusual combination. Not terrible.

Dogfish funkiness. Trillium crisp flavor/bitterness profile. Great collab!

Such a great beer. Aging well.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) S.

Extra points for getting back to what makes KBS great. Good coffee and pronounced barrel. Very light fruity, almost coconut like finish.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa S.

Least favorite of the KBS line so far. Cinnamon flat lines the flavor profile. Barrel gets lost.

Tart and sour. Bubbly.

I feel like this is even better now that its been aged. So much raisin and flavor of utopias. Booze isn't overdone. What a great holiday weekend!!

Espresso tastes moderately burnt this year. Barrel is alright but could be more pronounced and nuanced.
