Delightfully tart and has just the right funk that wafts through the top. Cheesy. The Rhubarb has mellowed with age.

Dryness of grapes especially the skin coating the entire mouth. Funky

Definitely tart. Whole lot of cherries. Pours with a striking pink. Mild funk that I feel will slowly develop over time.

Can't believe I've never checked in one of these. Classic swingtop green bottles.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS)
2019 bottle. Incredible nose of coffee and sark chocolate. Creamy. Maple syrup and finishes with boozy sweetness

3 months past it's BB date but judging by the flavors, it'd be pretty okayish. Standard APA, light and easy drinking. Oranges and Citrus which disappears quickly. No linger on the palate. Thin bodied

Really refreshing. Mangoes and Melons with a good amount of hops at the back to balance out the fruitiness. Sweet but just really smooth. Pineapples

Past the BB date but still holds good. Medium-thin body. Papayas and Oranges. Very fruity and floral. A tad bit sweeter for my palate

Sour and lots of funk. Wood in the body, especially some oak. Love the vinous flavor profile of the menu grapes

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions)
What a wonderful lambic. Peaches and lots of funk almost vinegar-ish. Candied sugars with a lovely hop profile coz of the dry hopping. Makes me pucker but I'm thoroughly enjoying this

I like their base version better, with this one being a bit too sweet for me. Tequila and BA wood. Salty

So much goodness in each sip. Lots of Figs and Dates which gives way to a mild spice, white pepper maybe? Malty finish

Massive Bourbon aromas with some vanilla in the finish. Silky smooth despite feeling quite boozy

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier (2018)
A mix of funk and fruitiness. Good amount of carbonation in this, that u didn't expect from a 2018 bottle. Very very funky

Never ceases to amaze. What a breakfast should ideally be considering I don't drink coffee as much. Beautifully roasted coffee and oatmeal flavors

Hoppy, Malty and both of them doing a wonderful job of maintaining balance. Slight dry finish

Rich cocoa and coffee. Long black-ish. Rich and creamy but finishes short with some sweetness

Just look at how crystal clear that IPA is. Creamy and sweet. Candied oranges but gradually gets a lot more sweeter. Would have preferred some maltiness to this one. Goes down absolutely smooth

Mild Citrus. Fruity. Medium-Bodied. Finishes a tad dry. Sourness in the finish
over 4 years ago
Syrupy and sweetness. Tropical hoppiness, pineapples. Love the glasses. Very short finish. Floral

60 vs 90 Minute. More citrusy than the 90 and still quite malty. Such a classic WC style. Piney, Resiny and Grapefruits.

Last had more than 3 years ago and this still holds fort as one of the classiest IPAs. Super malty to balance out the hops. Clean and smooth, yet lingers on the palate beautifully.

3.60 The Raspberries are there in the aromas and taste, yet the sour as such doesn't punch beyond that. Lime finish. Zero head.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2014)
Espresso and Maple. Reminds me of the Stroopwaffles I had in the Netherlands. The barrel character truly shows with some leather-y nose. Sweet and yet not overwhelming

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020)
Still good but maybe my palate has gotten better since the last time I've had this. This used to wow me but I've had better Stouts since. The Barrel Aging character definitely pushes through. Chocolate and Cacao Nibs

Have had this earlier and still enjoy this one. Lots of coffee on the nose. Reminiscent of Ice cream soda. Slight vegetal

The guy at the counter told me it is as a White Stout when it was a Golden Ale. Don't regret it coz this is wonderful. Coffee and Vanilla? Whats not to like?
