Egad! This bottle expired 15 years ago, but its contents ain't completely dead yet. Thick, syrupy, caramel bread with some licorice root and medicine. Starting to be a bit stuffy and mummified. For the health of Torbjørn Sigfadr Aodhan Halko Mikladal!

Rosé de Gambrinus (2017) M.

Maybe a bit stuffier due to a slight cork problem, but hasn't been contaminated. It's still Rosé de Gambrinus. 40/50.

Tart, saline passionfruit refreshment. Nice fruited gose it is, verily! 38/50.

Citrus and vineous white wine. Dry & light. 37/50.

Thickkk tropical fruits and a little bit of pine. Slightly too sweet. 38/50.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey M.

From last night too. Fudge, vanilla, dark chocolate and very effectively soaked in rye whiskey. Very sweet. 42/50.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9% M.

Bourbon vanilla chocolate with a bit of coffee-like bitterness and black Chinkiang vinegar. 43/50.

Monk's Brew M.

Blind 7/14. Strong, sturdy, powerful. Fruitiness, bready malts. Caramel. 40/50.
