More super old beer. This is flat. With an impossible amount of raisins. Really great

Lots of raisin. Lots and lots! A little thin for a barley wine... Super mellow.

Raisins! No carbonation. Vanilla raisins, rum raisin, raisin pudding. Getting earthy. Hiding alcohol (where did it go?), super smooth.

Egad! This bottle expired 15 years ago, but its contents ain't completely dead yet. Thick, syrupy, caramel bread with some licorice root and medicine. Starting to be a bit stuffy and mummified. For the health of Torbjørn Sigfadr Aodhan Halko Mikladal!

Gifted when I got my M.Sc. 2008. Inside of bottle coated with a layer of beer sediments. Deep dark sugar syrup, roasted caramel, skin of prunes and raisins, licorice roots and a hint sourness. Rather flat and old, but superb for being 15 yrs old.

Opened in 2020. Flat yet rich with huge flavor - plum pudding without the frosting.
