The foam surprised me as it was really thick as I poured it into the glass.Smells like apricots and lambic.Frst kick is lambic sour,but it quickly turns into some easy kind of bitterness.Aftertaste is nicely sweet and sour.One for ageing already put aside

Probably had to age it a bit, because it had veeery little sourness. At the other hand it filled our mouth with raspberries as it got warmer. An extremely balanced lambic.

Aged it by myself for a year and something and I litteraly forgot how it tasted the last time I had one 😅 at the start you get a lot of the oak barrel and then slowly the cherries start to kick as it gets warmer 🍒 nice stuff 👍🏻

Never tasted Cantillon beers before and now I regret it. Only when you try it, you realize what you’ve been missing! Great taste, soft sourness, fruit all over you mouth. I’ll have to try some more for sure.

Niiiiice one! I loved it! The tequila barrel is not “jumping” out and you have to concetrate very well in order to taste it. The roasty taste is exceptional! And the high % of alcohol is veeery well “hidden” 💪🏻 Master stout really. Mikkeller mastery!
