Sour - Fruited

Hekseri is a mixed-fermentation sour ale aged for 12 months in an oak foudre. It was then blended with Stevnsbær cherries and aged for a further 3 months. Store upright in cool and dark conditions. Pour gently.

La puta que me parió, es l primera cerveza que sabe a madera de roble ácida. Mira que este estilo de cervezas no me gusta pero da lo que promete y por eso les respeto. Ams la unidad me costó 11,45 eu, es cara pero sincera.

Aged it by myself for a year and something and I litteraly forgot how it tasted the last time I had one 😅 at the start you get a lot of the oak barrel and then slowly the cherries start to kick as it gets warmer 🍒 nice stuff 👍🏻
