Maple Syrup PBJ Time Dobrotić

Overripe fruit, alcohol, brown sugar. Glue. Green apple. Smooth, sweet. Thick. Strong. Syrupy honey sugary flavour. Liquid sugar. Maybe good with very heavy meat or fish dishes but otherwise overwhelming and heavy.

Honey and dark fruit. Glue. Vinous. Tannic. Vinegar. Lots of glue. Oak. Vinous, sour. Fruity. Blueberry, blackberry. Acetic. A bit sharp, sour. Might turn to vinegar in 20 years.

Dosta voća, 🐐, plastika. Prilično kiselo, ali tanko, nešto voćne slatkoće i lagani finish.

Pachamama Dobrotić

Aroma is rotten grapefruit, smoked chilli pepper, se acidity. Juicy, sweet, lots of grapefruit, white wine, rotten fruit, strong, tart. Smoke in the finish. Unbalanced and weird but not bad.

Cherry O Dobrotić

Dark cherry, cherry candy, hints of honey, alcohol and cocoa. Intense sourness, sour gummy bear flavour, cherry juice, drinkable, soft, moderate finish.

Sally Monroe Dobrotić

Lightly hoppy, fruity, floral, earthy, malty, cardboard. Earthy flavour, herbal, malty, bitter and cardboard again. Light body, moderate carbonation, very thin, watery, abrupt finish. Could this be the fault of the Mikkellensis yeast? :D

Aroma is apple candy with a slightly funky, sharp spicy phenolic background, overripe fruit, a floral touch, honey and malts. Sour at first, candy like sweetness comes in. Really like a sour apple candy. Intense malic acid, has a nice feeling to it...
