Malty, smooth, frothy, citrusy, bitter, moderate fizz, cereal grain, hints of chalky. Straw gold w/ lightly hazy look. It’s a soft and pleasantly delicate ipa w/ prominent wheat/barley grains balancing w/ the hops.

White lager w/ flaked rice, floral/soapy aroma, and soft water body that is smooth light and easy even with the fizz and herbal hops.

Honey colored barleywine w/ champagne yeast. Very delicious but not very like a an American barleywine. Be careful of sedimentation in the pour. Butterscotch notes, herbal hops, light fizz. Full bodied creamy smooth mouthfeel. Boozy & big

Beautiful Neipa &then the slightly chalky note enters. The ‘fruits’ are fruity. The hops are hoppy & bitter. The base of malts is sweet, creamy &dense. Mild fizz to lift the hops a bit.Quite good in the end.slight chalkiness is the only off not for me.

Hazy ipa w/ light fruity notes and hops. Easy drinking for a fairly sizable IPA. Some sweet & fruity. The herbal hops are matched to the citrus fruits nicely. Some stone fruit.

Orange and hazy Gose w/ lots of fruit & some acid & savory at the end. Full and thick brew for a lighter weight abv. Decently tasty. Jason would say crushable.

Spontandryhop Centennial Hilker
Quite a hoppy brew w/ the tart of the lambic/wild fermentation coming after. Dark honey golden w/ some deep sweet remaining to temper the oak,sour,&dry/dark hops.

Very nice black ipa. Tastes like a much lighter ipa w/ beautiful citrus and rind notes w/ the boldness of darker toffee/molasses grain flavors. Balanced and interesting. Something different. Nice different.

Cherry pie decadence and delight. Lots of deep dark Cherry flavors, authentic fruit flavor, sour, and sweet. Rich and bold. Dry finish. Tempered well with some fully attenuated hops. Moderate/light fizz. Big fruit flavor

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2018) Hilker
Lots of pepper, bitter rind, and tart notes w/ a simple grain malt underneath and light herbal hops at the dry end.

Dark amber color, massive amount of coppery, piney, bitter citrus rind hops. A Danish beer that brews a strong ale that tastes like an old school west coast IPA all in all quite good and the hops, while wild, stay just at the end restrained.

Tart cherry w/ dark notes, ample fizz, & light herbal hops, w/ pleasant spice notes. Would make a perfect cherry pie filling.

Full on lambic w/ Merlot grapes 🍇. It has to warm to just the right temperature to pop. Quite a mature and well aged brew. It slowly grows on me. Lovely. Tart and the grapes are present, but not so wine like. Dry clean finish.

Vibrant is a great word for this brew. It is a consistently sour...sour...with plenty of dark elderberry notes & lots of consistent tart flavors that doesn’t spike the tongue but rather stimulates the tongue
