Super prickly acetic grapefruit. 6 or 7 years old definitely some pokey age to it.

Opened this with no expectations but it’s excellent! More sour than hop (past its BBD so perhaps some hop fade) but very drinkable indeed

It's OK but I'm not enjoying it greatly. Compared to classic Lambic, it's too one-dimensional - that dimension apparently being pithy-bitter grapefruit juice!

Ikivanha pullo. Maistuu jotenkin pahalle. Päiväystäkin ois vissiin vielä vuosia. Eka huono näistä spontaneista.

Quite a hoppy brew w/ the tart of the lambic/wild fermentation coming after. Dark honey golden w/ some deep sweet remaining to temper the oak,sour,&dry/dark hops.

tastes a bit cider appley but it’s an aftertaste of vinegar & cheese but not in a bad way somehow because I like vinegar and cheese 😂😂, apparently it’s meant to taste like blueberry don’t taste that tho.

Very tart, vinous, interesting almost slightly cheesy finish but not in a bad way if that's possible!

Citrus, promerance, light sour beer. Normally not my type of beer

Very complex, tart, bitter, sour, powerful, funky. Emma says tastes like bile. Grapefruit, sherbet, cider, unripe green fruits, so much going on. Shocking at first, gets better with each sip

Very tart & funky yeast aromas. Bitter tart fruit, drying grape skin texture. Classic WCIPA hop centennial bringing pithy resinous citrusy pine. A twisted take on lambic & I like it 😋 🍻 🇩🇰 Brewed 🇧🇪

Yup it’s a sour. Good and has Belgian gueuze notes.

Slightly vinegary - but I don’t mind it! Like a delicious aged balsamic with beer.

En forfriskende surøl av spontanfermentert single hop centennial. Eplesider og fersken på duft. Følger opp med frisk, syrlig fersken i smaken. Digg og noe uventet, men dette er kanskje karakteren til Centennial?

Unfortunately the vinegar taste is just too strong for me - it's barely palatable. The hop flavours are completely blown away by the sourness. Passed the 'best before' - maybe it's not quite at its best?

Slightly hazy golden-coloured with a sour fruit flavour with bitterness. Different and nice, but I don't think that I'd buy this beer again.
