Pours a dull light copper colour with light haziness, a decent head and persistent lacing. The taste of a fine vinaigrette, which takes the taste buds on a journey to discover the other facets of the hop that could be missed in a more palatable beer!

Over carbonated, acidic, sour (old?) hops finish.

Skunky, old hops, acetone, oak

I've had a week so this is VERY much needed. Refreshing with a perfect blend of tart and dry.

Would really like to taste in unison with Mikkellers others in this series to taste the variations that the different hops provide. Tasted blind the hop adds a green apple sweet and sour up front taste with an oakey leathery lambic kick to finish. Complex

Past best by so the hops are not as bright, but it still tastes and smells great.

I think it might just work well concentrated on crisps; excessively acidic (vinegary) for drinking (for me at least 😉).

Joint credit find to eddy and me. However, objectively not nice at all, would be better on chips

Dry and woody. Tarty. Mildly Sour. Hoppiness is real subtle. Smooth and well balanced. Nothing is off here. Missing Denmark.

I’m very unfamiliar with lambics, and the fact it tasted like cider initially confused me. But the dry, complex profile grew more appealing over time, and I can see myself investigating more.
