Bought at Seven Seasons. Raj (Mirens dad) paid for it: But I don't think he 'actually' knew what he was buying! I just put a glass of it in front of him... He seemed to like it... But that's another box ticked! Bloody expensive tho... But who cares?

Yum yum! Not really sharp in acidity. But strong apricot smell and taste. Maybe increased sweetness than last year’s. But still one of my favorite apricot lambic

Tastes like strawberry. But actually blue honeysuckle. There’s no enough sour taste tho. Maybe aging 2 years would be better

This is the still version, not sparkling. Quite nice. Nice rounded edges, not too funky. Soft. Wine like. Grape skins. Have been wanting to come to seven seasons for awhile - does not disappoint . Great bottle selection

Ohhh...I am always worried about these as cherries can get a bit "medicinal" for me, but this is delicious. Good to see such an excellent crowd in here as well. 👌🍻🥳
