Very complex, tart, bitter, sour, powerful, funky. Emma says tastes like bile. Grapefruit, sherbet, cider, unripe green fruits, so much going on. Shocking at first, gets better with each sip

Tastes like a neipa. Hazy, juicy, it's good stuff for what it is but why call it a pale ale? Beer52

Lovely tart slightly funky sour cherry aroma, the flavour is much more simple. Enjoyable, sweet but not too sweet, not a life changer but it's pretty good. If it was a fruit cider it would be "dry" but it's not really dry.

My first lambic proper! So much going on. Wet sour dog, spray paint, the sticklebricks I had age 5, like champagne, cider and beer but none of those. Excitingly confusing. Oddly drinkable and refreshing considering the craziness.
