Spontantripleblueberry Marshall
Tart, acidic and dry. Was hoping for more prominent blueberry flavour, but this is still pretty good - there's enough juicy berry flavour to cut through the acidity.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal Marshall
Tart, slightly acidic and rich in black cherry flavour. Some hints of red wine from the oak barrel ageing. Slightly acidic. Absolutely delicious.

Malty, crisp and well balanced with flavours of citrus and honey.

Crisp and refreshing, quite sweet with flavours of white grape and citrus. Very nice, as lagers go.

Spontandryhop Centennial Marshall
Unfortunately the vinegar taste is just too strong for me - it's barely palatable. The hop flavours are completely blown away by the sourness. Passed the 'best before' - maybe it's not quite at its best?

It’s Alight! (It's Alright!) Marshall
Dry, light and quite malty. A decent, refreshing session beer.

Malty, yeasty and fruity with some pithy, citrusy bitterness. Has almost a wheat beer vibe to it too. Enjoyable beer, nice to try.

Really natural raspberry flavour, pleasantly tart and slightly sour. Holds back on the sweetness, which is definitely a good thing. Pretty smooth and quite dry. Will definitely have again.

Earthy and very bitter, with plenty of dark, roasted coffee flavours. Thick and fairly smooth, the strength is also hidden pretty well. A little unusual, but I love it. Genuinely a 'breakfast' beer, if there is such a thing.

Trippelbock Frederiksdal Cherries Marshall
Possibly the the most natural cherry flavour I've had in a beer. The bitterness is strong - like cherry pits, which I really, really love. Hard to believe that it's 12.9% and even harder to understand the average Untappd rating!!

Very tart with a variety of berry flavours (particularly blackberry). Sour and quite acidic with a bitter aftertaste.

A real juice bomb and one of the most opaque beers I think I've ever had. Awesome.

Not too sweet with the cherry, slightly sour but with a fairly mild flavour. Hints of an oaky/resinous quality. Well balanced and very easy drinking.

Hops to the max, with a nice thickness. Pours like a dream. It's strong, but very juicy with hints of pineapple. Top beer.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen Marshall
Packs a decent amount of flavour for a 3.5% session beer. Hoppy and crisp with a pleasant bitterness. Would buy again.

Very light and hoppy, with flavours of lemon and honey. A tasty hazy pale.

Great pale ale. Crisp with a hint of citrus. Love this beer, definitely worth another trip to Castle Boulevard!

Sour, light, refreshing. The tart raspberry compliments the wheatiness.

Definitely my kind of IPA. Super strong hops, bit of citrus flavour and packs a punch with the 6% ABV. One of my regular purchases.
