Neu Pilsner

Spectacular pilsner. Rich with biscuit, some hop presence, and a whiff of floral.

Spring Pils

Boy boy boy. Fresh and chuggable.

Modulate

Freshhh and fragrant. Orange citrus fruits. Complex with multiple flavours presenting themselves at stages throughout the sip. Brewed w/ Amarillo, Belma, and Mosaic.

Ample bitter. Green apples.

Hop Gnosis

Collab with the outstanding Prizm. Semi-bodied with pine, sweetness, and some tropical fruits. Interesting blend where both hops and malt shine with this one. Falls a bit short on… something? Not as round and flexible as I’d hoped.

Syrax

I actually enjoyed this one more than I though I would when I poured it. It is light, yes. But it also carries itself despite its watery lemon yellow colour. Hops, grass, grapefruit.
