So far liking Backwoods better. Very good at 54, tastes like black strap molasses my dad used to enjoy. I'll try at different temps to see how it changes and if I should buy a case.

I'm hoping this is as magical as last time... probably not... last one was from Steve's cellar stock from 2016! This one is delicious although age will improve. I definitely need to buy some more to cellar.
