First sip. Amazing. This BA barley-style ale has the perfect hop balance, and the barrel aging is the cherry on top. Well balanced all around.

French Toast Bastard D.

Very sweet as expected, but there is the scotch ale, with cinnamon in the middle, that helps it with a dry clean finish.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (2020) D.

Fantastic, well balanced, and better as it warms in my glass.
