4 Giants Hazy IPA Williams

Whoops! Big malty IPA. Not what is Herbert's made that days, so it seems unique. It's really more old school. Good stuff.

Barrel Runner (2018) Williams

This powerhouse features a big hop note from Mosaic hops, with a touch of bitter. Rum definitely present in the complex mix of flavors. Unique beer. Bottle share from last night.

Barrel Runner Williams

A bit of bitterness accentuated by some rum barrel aging. Pretty interesting beer that is surprisingly subtle considering the high abv. Beer gift from Warren L.

KBS Hazelnut Williams

Dooood. What a powerhouse! Rich, sweet, boozy, but the bookings is cut by the sweetness of the Hazelnut. It's dessert to some degree, but not as sweet as some other stouts. In bottles at CBU.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% Williams

I've never checked this? From my cellar! Drank it straight, super powerful bourbon warmer. Then combined it with an Irish stout and cold brew coffee and created a killer mix drink! Might have to get this on the menu somehow.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°3 Williams

New at CBU in bottles. Complex, woody, a bit appley, and not as tart as it smells. There's a few levels to this and it's better as it warms up.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Williams

This killer is now on draft at CBU. Been sitting on this keg for 2 years. Awesome boozy stout. Play nice and I'll bring in a newer keg to compare side-by-side.
