This hazy IPA really packs a citrus punch, grapefruit in particular, piney, and a bit bitter. Cheers Jeff!

A great way to say happy-birthday-to-me! This Imperial IPA, affectionately known as the "Holy Grail for hopheads," is jam-packed with hops and weighs in at a hefty 15.5 ABV. Outstanding.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Rogers
This 2017 barrel-aged CBS is damn close to perfection. It has ample helpings of coffee and chocolate in the mix, and is pleasantly boozy (11.7 ABV). Cheers Jeff, thanks buc!

The '23 vintage tastes damn good! It has all the great attributes of its predecessors: coffee, chocolate, roastiness, retaining the booziness from its time aging in bourbon barrels. Excellent.

The orange peel and the spices make for an easy drinking wheat beer, with a Belgian feel to it.

Tasty IPA - plenty of fruity flavor, especially melon and peach. Well-balanced and refreshing.

Highball Drifter (2022) Rogers
What better way to prepare for an upcoming trip to Michigan than sipping a Founders? This one is plenty boozy, and the BB-aging is no small factor. The orange peel, orange extract, and cherry are a nice touch making it worthy of its name.

Not easy to find a raspberry Lambic, and this one is pretty tasty. It has both the classic sour of this style, with some sweetness thanks to the raspberries.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2022) Rogers
The 2022 version is every bit as good as its predecessors. Equal parts hoppy and malty, and coming in at 9% ABV, this is tasting mighty fine while taking a break from trail riding on a warm day.

This is one of the best imperial brown ales in recent memory. The coffee and chocolate flavor combo is great, and it's plenty boozy. Thanks for this, buc.

Another great one by Founders. This hazy IPA packs plenty of punch, and yet the ABV is not that noticeable, and its piney, floral character is not at all overpowering either. Thanks Jeff!

Excellent DIPA. The experimentation with combining 4 styles yields great results. Plenty hoppy, piney, floral. Thanks for this one, Jeff

The rose hips are what set this sour apart. Cloudy and aromatic, and relatively mild on the sour spectrum.. Fun label art, too.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Rogers
It was obvious on first pour that Utopia is in a class by itself. It weighs in at a beastly 17.3 %, and has some qualities like a Sherry. This stout's flavor reflects the barrels it was aged in, also tasting of coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.

Silky smooth, and thus the panther name seems particularly apt. One of the best porters that I have tried. The maple is not at all overpowering, and the vanilla is more noticeable on the nose than on the palette. Thanks for this one too, Jeff

Nice way to celebrate inauguration day, sipping a stout outside near a fire. Cheers!
