Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Williams

Hell of a beer. So boozy and so far from being an IPA. Tastes more like a super boozy strong ale or barleywine. Very sweet and thick. Had side by side with 2017 Sam Adams Utopias. Definitely had the fruit and oak notes of it. What a great boilermaker.

Fruit-Full Fort (2018) Williams

Found this beauty at Steins. 6 years old and drinking great. So much booze and berries. Thick syrupy. Tastes almost mapley. Some of the tartness is falling away. I will say that I always loved the original Fort better. This one is always a great sipper.

Porter Williams

World Series of softball. Very roasty. Charred. Has a subtle Baltic porter note. Not very boozy. Somewhat thick.

Fruit-Full Fort (2018) Williams

5 years old. A touch cloudy but that is probably the sediment not settling. Very boozy and lots of berries. Very jammy. Big beer. Definitely a sipper. Meant to be shared, but I’m not.

Campfire Amplifier Williams

Very ashy and burnt. Burnt brownie bits. Only stout here right now.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Williams

The coffee really comes through. Bell pepper. Peas. Toasty. Slight char. $2 at Stein’s. Not fully my style.

Frootwood (2022) Williams

Tart from cherry, but sweet from maple syrup. Some vanilla caramel and oakiness. I like this. Ally didn’t.

Panther Cub (2021) Williams

Tastes like a Baltic porter. Don’t get a lot of maple or vanilla. Light bodied. Alcohol hides well. Tastes like Devil’s Canyon Baltic Porter.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Williams

Super fudgy nose. Dark maple. Wood. Oak. Very rich. Thick. Dessert beer. Fudge all the way through. Not bad. Booze hides well.

Raison D’Extra (2019) Williams

Such a great beer. So much raisin and fig. Sticky prune. Boozy. Sticky and syrupy. One of my favs!

Sun-Day-Feels Williams

Light. Crispy. Fruity. Effervescent. Not bad.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Williams

Thick. Boozy. Maple syrup. Chocolate. Bourbon barrel. Dark vanilla syrup. Not much coffee notes. Tastes amazing now.

Raison D’Extra (2019) Williams

So boozy and sweet. Dark raisins. Fig. Toffee. Syrupy. Delicious and dangerous. Not bitter. Dessert beer. Great for work! I love it.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Williams

Thick. Coffee notes. Burnt coffee beans. Espresso. Green notes. Alright.
