KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) McManus
Very mild spicy finish that just barely lingers. Not sure how anyone could get no spiciness at all on this. Great chocolate flavor and excellent beer as always.

The finish isn't as bitter as the first time I had it. Very solid Stout but not elite.

Very solid breakfast stout with a nice taste of socialism on the finish.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa McManus
My rating is based on the quality and reputation of the beer. My personal preference would have given it a 3.25 simply because the cinnamon dries out my mouth like the Sahara desert. Also I don't like cinnamon in my beer 😁

Excellent beer with a pleasant lingering aftertaste that doesn't kill you with a high ABV.

Unique. Imagine an extremely bitter dark chocolate bar that taste hoppy. Probably not buying anymore but it's fun for something different.

Still great but I would say other breweries have caught up and possibly surpassed them with this style of beer imo.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) McManus
Big beer to start the long weekend. Great blend of chocolate and coffee. For some reason I'm not getting the barrel aged but I have a feeling I will as it warms up.

Great raspberry flavor with an almost margarita like feel to it . The ABV is not hiding but is not overwhelming either. Highly recommend this venue if you ever get to Norfolk.

Blast of raspberry right out of the gate and finishes with a nice bitter chocolate taste. If you like a fruity Stout this is a good one.

90 Minute Imperial IPA McManus
Such a great IPA. Brings back memories when I first heard a drinking craft beer. Can't go wrong to give it a try if you haven't.

World Wide Stout (2019) McManus
Very rich, chocolate and some coffee with no alcohol bite for me considering the ABV. Others were complaining about it in the comments however.

Starts with the cocoa and finishes with a great coffee, vanilla flavor. Has some typical stout features without the heaviness. Great for summer.
