The coffee aged gracefully. Drinks like a wood aged beer perfectly with a little distinct sweetness from the cognac barrel. Booze is there but not overpowering. Chocolate on the very first sip but not much after.

Very unique indeed. Not sure if cellaring this for 5 years was the right call it not, it was a little syrupy for me, but the booziness was mellowed
