Revisit. Smell is raisins and toffee. Classic combo of sweet malt and piney bitterness. The 9% ABV is well hidden.

Fou' Foune mcneil

Smell of pungent, unripe apricots. Mineral, tart taste of apricot skin. A hint of woody, barrel flavor. Dry finish. Not overly sour or funky. Everything melds together in perfect harmony. 20/21.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) mcneil

Tart and juicy with funky rubber. Green apple. The tartness is delicious. Subtle layer of hops. Has all the sourness and funkiness of the best Lambics and is multidimensional. Season 20/21.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio mcneil

Tart, leather and sour grains. Green apple. Light, thin body with no carbonation. Season 20/21. Best at room temp. Better than a fine wine.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) mcneil

Tart, funky, woody cherry skin. Doesn’t have any flaws.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label mcneil

Green apples & a mild funkiness. Woody flavors. Lemon acidity. Dry, soft sourness. Easy to drink.

Rosé de Gambrinus mcneil

Tastes like fresh, stewed raspberries. Some woodiness. Nice depth of flavor without being too sweet or sour. Bottled 11 May 2020.

Heated Seats mcneil

Super hoppy, citrusy and fruity. Nice, light IPA.

Hazy-O! mcneil

Very sweet. Would like a little more bitterness. Light, clean body. Definitely doesn’t taste like it’s over 7%.

Oude Geuze Boon mcneil

Smells like horse blanket & rubber burning. Dry, lemony, tart, effervescent. Not super sour. Bottled 2/2020.
