Bourbon, chocolate on the nose. Tart cherry hits first. Coffee notes follows. Bourbon and chocolate in the back end. Finishes slightly tart, slightly smokey. Boozy, velvety and delicious.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Ritchie

Very rich maple notes on the nose. Maple hits right away. Cinnamon follows. Vanilla on the back end. Finishes boozy, with bourbon coming through. Sweet, semi dry. Decadent. Scrumptious.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Ritchie

Pours dark amber. Molasses on the nose. Cherry and bourbon notes hit first. Citrus follows. Sweet but balanced. Fulsome, boozy. As advertised, just like an old fashioned. Delicious.

Punkin Ale (2022) Ritchie

Cinnamon up front. Nutmeg follows. Pumpkin notes follow. Finishes with brown sugar. Spicy, sweet. Delicious.

Belgian Twist Ritchie

Pours clear, golden straw. Malt on the nose. Caramel notes up front. Toasted nut follows. Banana and spice round out on the back end. Vanilla and clove finish. Boozy, delicious.

KBS Hazelnut Ritchie

Rich hazelnut on the nose. Nutty hazelnut hits first with deep, rich notes. Chocolate follows. Coffee on the back end. Finishes roasty. Velvety delicious.

Cocoa on the nose. Rich cinnamon notes up front. Vanilla follows. Boozy bourbon on the back end. Fudge cocoa finishes. Roasty, rich, balanced sweet. Perfectly balanced. Delicious.

Punkin Ale 2021 Ritchie

Pours golden. Pumpkin notes up front. Cinnamon follows, good notes on the back end. Finishes with nutty, caramel notes. Slightly bitter, sweet to end. Delicious.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Ritchie

Chocolate and maple syrup are abundant and up front. Bourbon followed with sweet vanilla notes. Licorice on the back end. Finishes with coffee notes and warming chocolate. Velvety smooth, boozy. Cellared beautifully. Absolutely delicious.

Panther Cub Ritchie

Maple syrup and coffee on the nose. Sweet maple syrup notes hit right away. Chocolate transitions to licorice. Vanilla on the back end which fishies with boozy bourbon notes. Sweet, coffee finish. Absolutely delicious. Founders is King.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Ritchie

Very rich chocolate and coffee on the nose. Rich chocolate notes up front. Semi bitter transitions to sweet fudge. Syrup is abundant but balanced. Roasted coffee on the back end. Very robust, very delicious. KBS proves again it’s the best.
