Bottled Oct 21, 2014. Continuing my tradition of the first beer of the new year being a lambic! Acidic, fruity, slight black pepper. Great carb and time has definitely done a great job to soften the raspberries. Happy 2021!

Been a little while since I’ve had this. Bitter, earth and funky. Slight lemon and grapefruit. Awesome.
