KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Thing

Starting to show some age, a little oxidation but still pretty good. A little thin on the palate.

Rosé de Gambrinus Thing

This may be the single most sour beer I’ve ever had. Like a liquid raspberry warhead or something. Was hoping for a little more horseblanket but it’s still pretty terrific.

Olde School (2016) Thing

Hasn’t aged well. Wasn’t spectacular to begin with. Heavy on the crystal malt

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Thing

Not really any maple, unfortunately. Definitely a more pronounced chocolate profile though - dark, bakers chocolate. Fairly dry for an imperial stout too. Probably prefer standard KBS, but not a huge difference anyway.
