Only the second time I’ve ever had this. I bought this bottle the day after I drank my first one. This time we cracked it after exactly 4 years in the bottle. Tremendous. Glad to be amongst brothers.

When I bought this back in 2017 I was skeptical about aging an IPA. This is leaps and bounds better than I expected. Zero to minimal hop profile. It tastes more like a barleywine than anything. Will definitely get another to age.

Operation clear out the “cellar” is well underway . 2018 bottle. Super smooth. Maple still present. Better than when I had the same batch 8 months ago.

KBS Espresso B.

GREAT aroma. Better as it warms. I think I might still reach for a traditional KBS but this is a nice alternative. Happy Thanksgiving ya’ll!
