90 Minute Imperial IPA

French Toast Bastard

Heavy maple, vanilla aromas. Maple forward but surprisingly not as sweet as it smells. A bit of brown sugar and barrel on the backend..

Sang Bleu (2023)

Deep red color. Well balanced. Very approachable. Tartness in the finish.

120 Minute IPA (2018)

Took the "ages well" literally. Aged for 5 years almost to the bottled date (1 week over). Still smells great. Almost like a scotch ale. Medium mouthfeel, muted/old bitterness, a bit of smoke (very light), sweetness in the finish.

4 Giants IPA (2022)

Tropical aroma. Hoppy, bit of heat but smooth. Not as flavorful as I thought it would be based on the smell. Still well made.

Sweetness, a bit of booze. Subtle candy orange.

Dessert Shake (brandy Barrel Aged)

Brandy, vanilla, cocoa, oak. So good.
