120 Minute IPA F.

Been a while since I had one of these. Strong herb and beet sugar nose. Full complex flav: sharp bitter, candi sweetness, BW adjacent. Alc burn but tastes less than 16.6%. Aftertaste is a pleasant hop and some sticky sweet. Much better than prior versions

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake F.

Gave it an extra .25 cause it’s probably Bit too warm. Temp leaves it a bit sticky. Flavor balance is great though: vanilla and sweetness from (I assume) lactose evened our by darker malt bitterness. Perhaps a bit undercarbonated, adding to the sticky.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend F.

Saw in the shop and had to try. SUPER tart. Classic scent of a beer purposefully forgotten in a musty cellar (“horse blanket” for those who’ve never been near a horse). It’s only 375ml but ooof; hard to solo with the acidity. Wish I was my younger self!
