French Toast Bastard Ryan

This was yummy! The nose was great. Flavor was a bit muted from the vanilla, cinnamon and maple but still tasty. A few hours late check in from my birthday!

120 Minute IPA (2017) Ryan

3/16/17 bottle date. Still delicious! While it says it’s an IPA…taste more like a barleywine. So damn good!

Burton Baton (2014) Ryan

8/5/14 bottle date. Over 9 years old and still quite delicious! Not overly hoppy. Nice barrel character. Tasty

Monk's Brew Barrel Aged Bourbon Ryan

It wasn’t bad but wasn’t all that good. It had some subtle quad-like characteristics but largely didn’t have much flavor.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Ryan

I forget just how good this beer is until I open another bottle. A really soft velvet mouthfeel and the coffee, chocolate and maple are all so distinct and delicious. That sweet maple on the very back though….sooooo damn good!

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Ryan

Tasty! Boozy but smooth. There’s something really tasty on the back but I can’t put my finger on it.

Velvety smooth mouthfeel. Really tasty. Easy drinking.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry Ryan

Prefer the lime over this one but it’s not bad.

This is straight club soda with lime. Delicious.

Imperial Stout (2014) Ryan

Bottled 12/15/14. Solid imperial stout. No adjuncts, no barrels. Just a straight solid stout. Good roasted/smokey character in the back. A bit of bitter chocolate as well.

Curmudgeon Old Ale (2014) Ryan

Bottled 2/6/14. Held up very well. This is always a great beer.

Breakfast Stout (2014) Ryan

Bottled 11/19/14. Held up pretty well for a standard stout. Coffee is still present throughout the beer but it’s mild. Slight bitterness on the back. After 6.5 years, it’s still tasty.

Marvelroast Ryan

Golden coffee beer. Nothing special really but not a bad beer at all
