Delicious! Just the right amount of smoke & char. Subtle sweetness of caramel, vanilla, & brown sugar. I’ll stretch a bit on this one & say this Porter is near perfect for what can be expected from the style. Very complete beer.

60 Minute IPA John

Slim pickings but the occasional hoppy, West Coast style fits the bill. It is exactly that. Piney, subtle citrus, and cleverly bitter and what I mean by that - the beer keeps you interested & stays refreshing. Not too shib shab

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2022) John

Maple on the nose for sure. The barrel expresses itself well throughout the experience w/ the heavy chocolate of fudge being the main player. I would have liked more maple to better compliment the BA character, but a very good Stout nonetheless.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) John

Love this one, Second time just as grand. Definitely on my radar from here on out

Underground Mountain Brown John

This beer was POWER! Extreme ABV, vert robust taste of dark cherry and malt, reminds be of Troegs Mad Elf. Eerily similar. This is the beer you bring ice fishing, and chopping wood. It’s high octane!
