There is too much coffee for me. I wish that flavor was chocolate or simply bourbon. I think I have gotten less tolerant of the coffee flavor over time, or it is more pronounced this year. Or it needed to rest longer before drinking.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°3 Binns

Explosive cork. Big effervescent. No bad Brett flavors. Complex and interesting. Tart, fruity. Bought 2020-12 and cellared.

Sweet fruity monster. Not for me. A bit of Robutissons as it goes down.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 110 Mono Blend Binns

Moderately dry, tart and funky. No foul Brettanomyces character, only the good stuff. It's a treat to find and a good way to chill after a bit of stressful driving.

Still great and too sweet, but this one had a bug and a pelicle in the bottle. As a brewery, I drank it anyway. Come on folks!

This stuff is awesome! REALLY INTERESTING! A touch sweet, cherry, barrel contributions, kind of like a Belgian brew flavor in there. Wonderful aroma. I like it! I'll add that I am drinking it fairly warm, maybe 50/55⁰F. I would suggest that to all.

The funk leans a little chemically in this one. Nicely tart and interesting otherwise.

Kinda light but I like it and would drink it again. A light fruity flavor that is just a bit tart.

Big Luscious (2020) Binns

A bit sweet for me, a definite desert beer. Seriously black with dark brown head. Chocolate, raspberry, roasty maltiness. Impressive.
