A beautiful lambic, which has a full flavour sharpness of raspberry which gives this a thirst quenching beer. A real summer or hot weather beer as you want this as a thirst quencher fabulous lambic. It has a sour and sharpness but even balanced

Super easy drinking with floral notes and big banana tastes, coriander and cloves notes on the nose. Just lovely for a spring evening. Just what you expect from a wheat beer
