Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Hauxwell

Candied dark fruit. Caramel. Hints of citrus. Sweet. Mildly astringent. Slightly bitter. I like this one a lot. Maybe not as good as the stout but 120 takes the barrel really well. Cheers Brent H. And Dad!

Wake Up World Wide Stout Hauxwell

Chocolate, coffee, and maple. Mild smoke. Sweet with a bitter finish. Boozy in a good way. Awesome brew.

120 Minute IPA (2019) Hauxwell

(Extreme Beer Box) Citrus and caramel. Some dark fruit. Moderate bitter finish. The 17’ is surprisingly similar. Bitterness turning to astringency. The 16’ is almost a completely different beer. Sweet. Brown sugar and dried fruit. Moderately astringent

4 Giants IPA Hauxwell

Citrusy. Resinous. Some caramel. Starts sweet. Finishes with a hanging bitterness. Solid brew. Definitely great for the style. Thanks Heskett!

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Hauxwell

Utopias and The Rocket pizza! This stout is amazing. Chocolate, caramel, vanilla, coffee, and dark fruit. Doesn’t get much better than this. Utopias still amazing after 4-5 years. Cheers dad, Heskett, and Brent H.!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Hauxwell

Boozy. Chocolatey. Some coffee. Mild maple in the finish. The flavors don’t work together as well as the other KBS editions for me. Still an awesome brew though. Go Broncos!
