Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Huber
Just about 2 years since originally trying. Either it got sweeter as it aged, or all the yuengling has fucked up my palate. Either way, it’s strong af and there’s a reason 12 bottles have lasted this long.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Huber
Didn’t age well at all. Not very dark or roasty. Bad butter aftertaste. Not like a good thick BBA stout. Easy drinking but that’s not what you want lol.

Not sure if it’s rated so highly because it’s a legendary and mythical beer and it is well done, or if people actually enjoy the flavor. No burn although it’s obvious you’re drinking 20%. Just too much bitterness. Unique and glad to try it but 1 and done

I had 2020 and 2018 side by side. 2018 is too long to age. It feels less full and the flavor is muted with a little bit of tangy-ness or amost watered down compared to 2020. Could pass as a 7% stout but it’s missing that KBS flavor

Good stout. Not as much flavor as I remember when I drank it fresh. Not sure if I am misremembering or remembering it with rose tinted glasses. Either way. Super smooth and tasty. Just not as good as i remember

What you would expect. Lots of coffee. Medium thickness. Not overbearing coffee though. Balanced with the brown. Good stuff

Too light. Definitely needs to be warm. Good coffee flavor. Wish it was a bit heavier. Not bad but not worth the price.

Delicious. I don’t get barely any beer flavor. Tastes like a 4-5% raspberry juice.
