Happy 120th birthday to Cantillon!! This is deliciously juicy and fresh, with punchy and pulpy citrus acidity. Not as deep or funky as most but the juice factor is delicious.

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek Boon (2018)
Strawberries and cream, mellow and flat and milky, sweet desserty berry vibes. Probably the sweetest lambic I’ve ever had. I thought these were bitter cherries? Unfortunately more like the cheap red ice cream maraschino cherries...mixed with Greek yogurt?
