Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) B

Literally had this bottle since 2017. I stopped buying from them but this one is still tasty. I don’t imagine it seems that different with time.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2018) B

Special Christmas beer. Very tart; hard to say if fin the base beer or the cherries. Heavy funk, kind of mask the cherries a little but does not ruin the whole experience!

Magic Lambic (2020) B

Fairly acidic with aggressive raspberries. Musty funk throughout. There is just a detectable vanilla in the back. Thanks Stevedore

Sang Bleu (2023) B

Short stop before Pacific city. You see Cantillon on draft, you get it. This is good, maybe not my fave of their line up. Jammy with lactic tartness.

Mamouche (2021) B

Reviews seemed mixed in general but wow I really like this. The elderflowers really pops in mouth and fades away quickly, leaving me ready for another sip.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge B

So good. Just love how it’s not too overpoweringly sweet.

Strong hop aroma without distracting that classic lambic funk. Flavor mild and so balanced. Heavy grapefruit, tangy, with minimal acidity.
