Oude Geuze Boon - Bone Dry Mikkeller Selection v.

I’ve let this sit for a few years and it seems like it’s got a bit oxidized. Has a apple cider vinegar note. Extremely dry and mildly tannic. Last beer I’ll be drinking from Mikkeller though.

Saint Lamvinus (2016) v.

Wonderful but I feel I aged this for too long. Much of the fruit character has dropped out. Next time I’ll drink it fresh.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2015) v.

This has mellowed out very nicely. Who needs champagne when you have a bottle of this?
