Late checkin but this juice was fresh and tart. Holding onto the next bottle and hope it gets some funkyness.

Flavor profile is booze. Not much else. Just heat.

Backwoods Bastard (2017)

Did not age well. Faded into nonexistent flavor. Nose is dull and flavor is muted.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

This gets a 5/5 for being incredibly unique. The nose is like nothing I've ever smelled before on a beer. You get this kinda nose from a cocktail. Fluffy sweetness on the taste and finishes with the darkest caramel notes I've ever had. Nice job!
