Sweet Belgian fruit and spice with mild cocoa notes. Finishes with sticky cherry sweetness and surprisingly smooth finish. Bottled 10/20/2015. Booziness is more subdued than when fresh. Sweetness is still prominent but less syrupy.

60 Minute IPA Smith

Beer at 8am on a Monday. Must be a travel day. ✈️

30 Minute IPA Smith

Bright. Light bodied. Get like 2 seconds of pine and citrus before a clean finish

Walking Run Smith

Solid pale ale. Soft hazy but still has a bit of tropical bitterness.

Covered In Nuggs (cask) Smith

Slighty creamy. Hops bite has toned down a lot on cask but flavors are still there.

Kernza Pils Smith

Bready malt with grass and a spicy rye like bite from the Kernza. Floral undertones. Interesting lager. Would like to try another beer with Kernza.
